Staff Development And Team Building

Tembaletu believes in its human resources, and staff are continuously developed and trained in an ongoing effort to improve themselves. It has been the normal practice that Tembaletu provides opportunities for staff attaining relevant skills and qualifications in their work.  Consequently, staff are engaged in private and organization sponsored studies.  On a regular basis, Tembaletu staff also participate in different team-building activities.
